Causes and elimination methods of such failures in hydraulic joints
According to the professional manufacturers of Ningbo hydraulic joints, when the other type of hydraulic pipeline is faulty, sometimes there will be fierce vibration, especially when several pipelines are lined up together. Vibration is accompanied by noise, resulting in oil leakage and damage to the pipeline. There are several reasons and troubleshooting methods for this type of failure.
1. The vibration frequency of the vibration source such as the hydraulic pump-motor and the vibration frequency of the pipe are combined to generate resonance. In order to prevent resonance, the ratio of the vibration frequency of the two should be outside the range of 1 / 3-3.
2. Vibration of the oil column in the tube. The natural vibration frequency of the oil column can be changed by changing the length of the pipeline, and the damping (restrictor) in series in the pipeline can prevent and reduce the vibration.
3. Tube wall vibration. Try to avoid narrow places and sharp bends, and avoid elbows as much as possible. When an elbow is required, the bending radius should be as large as possible.
4. Use pipe clamps and elastic brackets to prevent vibration.
5. Improper oil confluence will also generate vibration and noise due to vortex air pockets.
6. Air enters the tube, causing vibration and noise.
7. The remote control pipe is too long (> 1m), there may be air bubbles in the pipe, so the volume of oil in the pipe is sometimes compressed, sometimes expanded, and vibration may occur. And may cause resonance with the relief valve pilot valve spring, resulting in noise. Therefore, when the system remote control pipeline needs to be greater than 1m, a throttle element (damping) should be installed near the remote control port.
8. In the case of improper piping or insecure fixing, if a two-way joint is used near the outlet of the two pumps to connect the overflow main drain, the pipeline will generate vortex and cause pipeline noise.
